Browser terminal
Click a saved server and a terminal opens in your browser, already connected. Or SSH into the board and jump from its shell.
Device web pages, relayed
Open each miner's or router's own dashboard through the board, on a port only your IP can use. HTTPS stays end-to-end.
File manager for FTP
Browse, upload, download, rename and delete on any FTP server at the site — straight from the portal.
Remote desktop
One click downloads a Remote Desktop file that connects through the board. VNC works the same way.
Saved connections
Name them, sort them, drag them into the order you work in. Admins edit; other users just click.
Tailscale built in
The board is a native Tailscale node with its own 100.x address. No extra computer, no port forwarding.
Stays reachable
Up to five WiFi networks with automatic failover. Reboots itself if WiFi, internet or the router is lost, or on a schedule you set.
Safe remote updates
Upload new firmware from the browser. If it can't get back online, the board rolls back by itself.
Browse through the site
A built-in HTTP/SOCKS proxy lets your own browser load pages as if you were standing in the building.
Users and backups
Admin and regular accounts, a settings page for everything, and one-file configuration backups (optionally encrypted).

Every JumpStik comes with 30 days of support and software updates. After that it keeps working exactly as it is. A plan adds new firmware versions and help from us for as long as you choose — the longer the term, the less per year.

Questions
What do I need at the site?
USB power (any phone charger) and WiFi. For access from outside the site, a free Tailscale account.
What happens when support & updates end?
Nothing breaks. The device keeps every feature and keeps working. You won't be able to install firmware released after your plan ended, and support requests need an active plan. Renew any time and it picks up the new date by itself.
What does support cover?
Help setting up, connecting your devices and troubleshooting, by email. Order, shipping and billing questions are always free.
Can I add a plan later?
Yes. Go to Renew and enter the serial number on the device's label, its Device ID or its license key.
The site has no internet. Does it still work?
Yes, on the local network. It needs internet only to reach it from outside, and to pick up plan renewals.
Returns?
If it doesn't work for you, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Unused plan years can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
